I consider myself a pretty giving fella. Most
everything I've made you can find online somewhere for free.
When I decided to start making and selling DVDs I didn't know
what to expect since people had seen a lot of it anyway. I
hoped for the best since I didn't have a DVD burner at the
time, and I was pretty broke (and still am). I got all kinds
of donations from random people online, friends, friends of
friends; it was mindblowing, and still one of the biggest
achievements of my life. With the money from the pre-orders
alone I was able to purchase a burner and cover all my start-up
costs.
When
you buy a DVD, it's a way of thanking me, I guess. I've been
at this online video hussle for a while now, and I try to
be good to all the people who talk to me and let me know they
like the stuff me and my friends have made. And someday, if
I get famous, this stuff is going to sell for sooooo freakin'
much on eBay.
